Costa Mesa in Metropolitan Home

It isn't often that a home in Orange County gets published in a national design publication. I'm not sure why that is the case, but I get really excited when it does happen. The last issue of Metropolitan Home {R.I.P.} featured a home right here in Costa Mesa. The house belongs to interior designers Marc and Melissa Palazzo of Pal + Smith. {Pal + Smith are also responsible for the fun powder room at the Casa California Design House in Shady Canyon seen here.} The house is a cool mix of modern and contemporary traditional with classic furniture designs and vintage pieces found throughout the home. I dig it and am keeping a constant eye out while driving in Costa Mesa neighborhoods for that huge coral tree that is sure to give away the residence, although I haven't had any luck yet!
